Toast the solstice with a farm to table dinner and beer pairing in our garden on Saturday, June 21. Our kitchen guru Michael Iles will welcome guests with a five-course, family-style menu including summer squash ravioli, chicken ballotine and whole roast lamb – all featuring ingredients from local farms or our estate garden. Dishes will be paired with a handful of our seasonal brews and served up under the stars.
Limited seats are available, so book early. We’ll open the garden gate (located at the end of our solar-covered parking lot) at 7:00 p.m. and the dinner bell’s at 7:30. Pull up a seat at the big table and raise a glass to summer!
