There’s nothing like wet hop beer, ripe with the taste of freshly harvested hops and available only once a year. Thanks to years of brewing innovation efforts, that flavor is now available all year long in our Hop Hunter IPA.
Our custom process captures the complex taste of just-picked hops by steam distilling wet hops while still in the field. The resulting pure hop oil is then combined with traditional whole-cone hops in the brew kettle, making for an incredible IPA experience.
