Our brand new 4-Way IPA variety 12-pack stretches the boundaries of India Pale Ale from midnight black color to hazy body and from experimental hops to innovative brewing equipment. Each style is loaded with intense aromas and flavors presented in new ways, underscoring our passionate and progressive take on whole-cone hops. We also apply that creativity in our Taproom & Restaurant, where our kitchen guru Micheal Iles whips up dishes that grow in flavor with the artful addition of our beers.
On Saturday, March 1, Micheal will guide you through five courses inspired by our 4-Way mixed pack, from Nooner Session IPA eggplant to Blindfold Black IPA chocolate cake. There are 150 seats available, so we encourage you to get your tickets early. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and dinner begins at 6:30.
