Close your eyes and open your mind at this unique tasting experience led by Henry “Hoby” Wedler, a UC Davis graduate student who has been blind since birth. We’ll bring out the blindfolds in the Big Room as Hoby guides guests through a sensory workshop including aroma training, beer tastings, and cheese pairings—all in complete darkness. Wrap up the evening with hors d’oeuvres and conversation and leave with a sharpened palate and a deeper understanding of the flavors you love. Doors at 6:30, event at 7:00 p.m.
