Join us for a very special summer night in Denver featuring bikes, beers and a movie under the stars in Civic Center Park.
What: 5 mile fun ride through downtown Denver led by friends of the USA Pro Challenge and the Beer Camp Across America brewers. There will be a watering stop at the Falling Rock Tap House followed by a beer garden in Civic Center Park hosted by Sierra Nevada complete with food trucks and an outdoor movie, American Flyers, the 1985 cycling cult-classic starring Kevin Costner filmed in Colorado.
Where: Civic Center Park, Downtown Denver (14th and Bannock)
When: Thursday July 24th, 5-10pm
Schedule:
o 5:30 pm rider check in, Civic Center Park
o 6:00: Cruiser ride departs for Falling Rock Tap House
o 6:00 – 6:45: One half-priced beer at Falling Rock Tap House
o 6:45 - 7:30pm: Cruiser ride departs for return to Civic Center
o 7:30: Beer Garden opens for public to purchase and food trucks available
o 8:30: Bike in movie starts
Costs: $20 race ticket includes race t-shirt, admission to beer garden with eight 4-ounce beer samplers and one half-priced beer at Falling Rock Tap House. There will be bike corrals at each stop with proceeds going to the Civic Center Conservancy. Additional poured beers will be available for cash purchase at the event for the public and participants.
