On Thursday, May 7, eight of the Bay Area’s top chefs will travel to our Chico brewery for the ultimate food and beer experience. This dream team will create a six-course feast – including beer pairings, of course – with each restaurant creating a signature dish to share. Featured ingredients will include fresh produce from our estate garden and our very own Sierra Nevada beef. Sierra Nevada founder Ken Grossman and UC Davis’ “Pope of Foam” Dr. Charlie Bamforth will join the intimate dinner as guest speakers, ensuring plenty of entertainment and a wealth of beer knowledge.
